Smokey Jalapeno Bacon Hamburger Recipe: A Firecracker of Flavor for Burger Lovers

Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) ground beef (80% lean)
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- pickeled jalapenos
For the Spicy Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: dash of cayene pepper to really kick up the heat!

- Avocado slices
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat.

- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease.
