Canned Catalytic Combustor for Buck 26000 & 27000 (ACI-1C)

This limited warranty covers the correctly sized catalytic combustor against defects in materials and workmanship when installed as a component in a properly used and maintained EPA certified wood burning appliance. The warranty will be void unless the combustor is used and maintained per the original appliance manufacturer’s instructions. Warranty does not cover abuse or neglect.

The manufacturer will replace at no charge (excluding shipping & handling) a defective combustor that ceases to function due to defects in materials and workmanship within 90 days from the date of purchase. In the event that the combustor should fail after 90 days the manufacturer will provide a replacement, based on the original purchase date, using the replacement schedule shown below.

To submit a warranty claim the following items must be returned, pre-paid to Sand Hill Wholesale & Mfg. Inc:

• The defective catalyst
• A copy of the bill of sale that includes the place and date of purchase of the catalytic combustor
• Enclose a check or money order payable to Sand Hill Wholesale & Mfg. Inc for the proper amount (including shipping & handling), from the following replacement price schedule:
  • Year 1: 50% of current retail price
  • Year 2: 60% of current retail price
  • Year 3: 70% of current retail price
  • Year 4: 80% of current retail price
  • Year 5: 90% of current retail price

Failure to send warranty card into manufacturer will result in manufacturer denying all warranty claims.
