How do I install this part?

Quick Install Instructions for Harman Igniter Replacement

Tools Needed:

• Small diagonal cutters
• 5/16" nut driver or socket on 1/4" drive ratchet + extension
• Wire ties

Steps:

1. Access the Igniter:

   • Remove access panels, ash pan, or shields to access the burn pot area.
   • Loosen the thumb screws and 5/16” screws securing the igniter cover.

2. Disconnect Wires:

   • Clip wire ties and free 12-14” of slack in the blue and yellow igniter wires.
   • Carefully disconnect the spade connectors from the old igniter.

3. Replace the Igniter:

   • Connect the new igniter to the spade connectors.
   • Ensure all blue and yellow wires are pulled back to the rubber plug to prevent overheating.

4. Secure and Test:

   • Reattach the igniter and cover.
   • Secure the wires with new wire ties and test the stove.
