Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to orders shipping within the contiguous United States that total $99 or more. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping & Tracking
Shipping and handling charges, when applicable, are automatically calculated at checkout. We utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail for shipping. If you select free shipping, we will determine the best shipping method to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Most products are shipped from our Montana warehouse. Each product page displays an estimated processing time under the "usually ships in" section. Please factor in both processing time and shipping time when estimating your delivery date.
During the winter months, most items will arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Once your order has been packaged for shipment, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
Expedited Shipping
Selecting 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air does not guarantee delivery within the selected timeframe. These options apply only to transit time and do not account for processing time. Please refer to the "usually ships within" section on the product page for an estimated processing timeframe.
If you need an item by a specific date, please call us before placing your order to confirm availability. No refunds will be issued for shipping delays with expedited methods.
Backorders
If a product is on backorder, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel the order or wait for the product to arrive. While we make every effort to keep our website updated with backorder information, availability may occasionally change.
Special Orders & Items Not in Stock
- If a product is marked "special order" or "usually ships within X days", the item is not in stock at the time of purchase and must be ordered for you.
- Orders with multiple items will ship complete once all products are available.
- Expedited shipping will not reduce the time required for special-order parts to arrive at our warehouse, but it will shorten the transit time once shipped.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please submit a return request using this form, or email us for return instructions. Once your request is received, we will email you return authorization details, which must be included in the package. Returns sent without this required paperwork cannot be processed.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- We do not accept returns on circuit boards, special-order parts, stove venting, or other select electronics.
Refund Process & Fees
- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If an item is damaged upon return, no refund will be issued. We strongly recommend insuring all returns.
- Orders returned without required paperwork or without authorization (RMA) will be refused.
- Refused or undeliverable shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to any return shipping costs.
Cancellations & Order Changes
We cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please call us as soon as possible. Our cancellation window is very short due to fast processing times.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Items cannot be added to an order once placed. You must submit a new order for additional products.
Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers must insure return shipments to protect against damage. If an item arrives damaged at our facility, no refund will be issued. Orders returned without paperwork will be refused. Refused shipments or orders returned to sender will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to Canada. We ship via USPS whenever possible to minimize costs. We are not responsible for tariffs, brokerage fees, or additional taxes charged by the destination country.
International Shipping Outside of Canada
We do not have pre-established shipping rates for countries outside of the United States and Canada, but we may be able to accommodate international shipments upon request.
