PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use this site.
Returns & Cancellations
Cancellation
Your order may be cancelled up to the time that it has been processed for shipment. Once it has been processed it can't be cancelled. We typically have a one hour window in which you may cancel. If you find you need to cancel please call us immediately.
Modifying an order
We are unable to modify an order after it has been placed. We are not able to add to an existing order, you will need to place a new order.
Returns
Most parts have a 30-day return period. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. To return an item log into your account and select the items you would like to return. A RMA will be emailed to you. Print a copy and include in the box with the part(s) you are returning. Refunds are typically issued within 1 week after the part is received in our warehouse.
All returns must be sent back pre-paid, with a tracking number, in the original packaging and unused. We do not reimburse for any fees that you incur to send the product back to us. Please insure your items. If they arrive at our warehouse damaged we can not issue a refund. All products will be inspected before a refund will be issued, if the product is not in original, unused condition, you will not receive a refund. Returns with out an RMA may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Any order that is refused will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Product Warranty
Most products carry a warranty, for details on the product warranty please see the product page. Most electronics carry a 30 day warranty. If you find a product to be defective within the stated time frame please contact us for return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of returning the defective product to us for testing. We will cover the cost of sending you a replacement product via ground shipping. Under warranty replacement you will not receive a cash refund, we will replace the product if it is proven defective. If a product is determined "good" with no defect there will be a flat $20 fee for return shipping of the item and diagnosing the part. OEM parts are covered under the manufacturers warranty. If a part is installed in a brand or model other than what is listed in the part description the warranty will be null and void. Any tampering or modifications to a part or product also voids the warranty.

We typically use FedEx and UPS for shipping. We may occasionally use USPS. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can also log into your account to check order status. Shipping time frame can be found on the product that you ordered. This is the amount of time we need to pack the item before it leaves our warehouse. Please also add in transit time, (typically 3-5 business days). If your order contains multiple items please reference the longest lead time given. We do not split ship orders, if one item is on backorder your order will be held until all parts are in stock.

Damaged Items
If your item was damaged during shipping please contact us immediately. Damage must be reported within 7 days. You will be asked to send us photos of the damaged item, and the packaging it was received in. We will file a shipping claim and send you replacements.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to parts orders that are $99 and over. Your whole order must total $99 or more to receive free shipping. Free shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.

Restocking Fees
Backorders
In the event that a product is on back order the customer will be notified and given the option of canceling their order or waiting for the product to arrive. We make every effort to keep our site updated with back order information, however we may occasionally miss something.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Mountain View Hearth Products Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Mountain View Hearth Products Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mountain View Hearth Products Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Mountain View Hearth Products Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Mountain View Hearth Products Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
